Global Grace Connect is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), a legal form unique to Scottish charities. We are regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR), the independent regulator and registrar for Scotland’s charities.

• We operate exclusively for charitable purposes as set out in our constitution.
• Our trustees (charity managers) are registered with OSCR and are responsible for the charity’s governance.
• Our accounts are prepared and submitted to OSCR annually.
